Yoga asana: Yoga means to add. Yoga is the joining of the soul with the divine, becoming completely one. Yogacharya Maharshi Patanjali has presented the secret of complete yoga as formulas in his yoga darshan. According to him, “setting the mind in one place is yoga”.
