What is fig?

Local languages name

It is known by various names in local languages, such as Ati Pallu in Telugu, Ati Pajam in Tamil and Malayalam, Anjura in Kannada, and Dumur in Bengali. While its fruit is available from June to September, it is available in the market throughout the year as a dry fruit. Its test is different and unique.
