Shambhavi Mudra and Mahamudra are two different exercises in which we practice Chakra Jagran with Mudra and Shakti Earning to meditate, then Mahamudra is practiced. There are three steps to do this exercise, and the secret of your success lies in these steps. Today we will talk about its benefits and its role in awakening mental powers, so this post is a bit interesting, and I think that after reading this post completely, you will start practicing it yourself.

Shambhavi Mahamudra detailed guide

Shambhavi Mahamudra means meditation with open eyes. If the practice of meditation is done with open eyes, it is called Shambhavi Mahamudra. Shambhavi means to be established elsewhere despite being inside your body. This place can be your imagination, or it can be any dimension.

Difference between Shambhavi Mudra and Shambhavi Mahamudra

Both these names are the same, but there is a difference in practice. First of all, let’s talk about Mudra, so what is Mudra, a simple exercise in which you have to sit comfortably. That is, I sat in the meditation posture and started sitting at ease, and shifted my attention to another place. To do this, you need a strong imagination. It is the practice of Shambhavi mudra to keep looking somewhere with open eyes and to see your mind’s imagination when the eyes are fixed there.

In Shambhavi Mahamudra we practice energy. The word Maha means a practice that is of a high standard. In this practice, we reach the highest level of consciousness. Which includes the awakening of the command cycle. If it is done away from the normal and its practice is to increase energy production rapidly, and in the journey of difference, then it is called Shambhavi Mahamudra.

The right way of Shambhavi Mahamudra

Shambhvi Mahamudra is like meditation posture, the only difference is that in meditation posture we keep eyes closed, and in this, you have to keep eyes open. By practicing Shambhavi Mahamudra, we start seeing amazing changes in ourselves.

In Shambhavi Mahamudra, meditation is done with open eyes. Our eyes remain open, but during that time our focus starts to be on our difference. With this posture, our attention is taken directly to meditation. Through this method, we balance all our corpus like physical, subtle, celestial corpus (body) and connect it directly.

Regarding this mudra, there is a belief that through this method you can heal yourself better because with Shambhavi Mahamudra, we connect directly with the difference, and all body corpus is reconciled and held. After 40 consecutive days of practice, you can gain skill in practicing this mudra.

3 step of Shambhvi mahamudra

The total of this mudra is three steps, and the practice takes place in these three steps.

  1. In the first step, you have to sit in a meditation posture. For this, you should sit at ease. Now merge the ends of your thumb and the nearest finger. Keep in mind that all the fingers should be adjacent.
  2. In the second step of Shambhvi Mahamudra, you have to trot at some point in front of you can choose a medium. Keep in mind that the medium on which the dots are doing is not in front of your eyes but a little higher. Because of this, your focus starts to focus on your command cycle.
  3. When you do this for a while, now you have to change your medium through your imagination. With open eyes, you have to imagine the medium in front of you, which you can keep for a long time.

Shambhavi Mahamudra and third eye activation

For practicing Shambhavi Mahamudra, you have to choose a place where no one can disturb you during practice. Choose a pedestal that disconnects you from the ground. Now start practicing as follows.

Make a point on the wall in the room, right in front of you, when you are sitting in meditation posture, and your face is slightly raised, then that point is visible.
Sit in the meditation posture and start looking at that point. The pupil of your eyes should be slightly elevated while looking at this point.
In this way, during meditation, your attention automatically becomes the focus (command cycle) between the forehead.

Gradually, you start deep in practice. When you move forward, you start going straight into the gap, and your command cycle starts to awaken.

Awakening of root chakra through Shambhvi Mahamudra (Muladhara Chakra)

For people who want to awaken the Muladhara Chakra, this mudra is also an option. Through this Mudra, through Shambhavi Mahamudra, you are directly connected to the difference, and you can transfer your energy anywhere. For this, you have to follow the above method. In this method, at that point, you have to do some trotting. After a little while, you have to imagine a goddess instead of that point with open eyes.

You can do this for 10 minutes, then you feel a bright light on your command cycle. When this happens, you have to send that light through your mind (imagining) to your Muladhara Chakra.

When you can send energy/light in this posture on the Muladhara Chakra, then some changes start to be felt inside you, such as increased blood attack, pulsing, and any disease in that part. Growing up, your habits and mind control begin to help.

Do not forget to practice Ashwani Mudra

When Pran Vayu and Apan Vayu meet, the energy that is created in our nucleus is amazing. Ashwani mudra means horse posture in which we have to stop for some time after taking air in through our anus. In this, you have to sit like Kagasan and draw air from the anus. When we practice in this way for some time, then the feeling of control starts in the work sense.

Most facts related to Ashwini Mudra

Controlling Kama Lust in a short time and control of Kama Lust in the best way can be found by just 5 minutes daily practice of Ashwani Mudra.

How to do Ashwani Mudra

To do Ashwini mudra, you should sit on a floor or a plank with a mat or blanket, etc. Now you release the breath outward and exhale the stomach three to four times, and after that stop the anus by shrinking the anus and then leave after three to four seconds.

Then take a breath and repeat the same action. Do this action according to your power. Do not do this activity more than power. You can do this action 20 to 25 times at a time. Later you can also do this action up to 100 times at a time.

With this practice, you may feel a tickle initially, but after going ahead, you start getting help to calm the mind in the shortest time. After practicing Shambhvi Mahamudra its practice remains beneficial for you.

The biggest misconception associated with the Muladhara Chakra

We all believe that the awakening of the Muladhara Chakra is a complex and dangerous process. The energy produced through this can also make us crazy, but in reality, it is not. This happens during practice, but not after awakening, because after the energy of this chakra is balanced, the seeker enters a state of equilibrium. We can also identify it based on the changes happening within ourselves.

Kama lust, passion, rancor, all these emotions end after the awakening of this cycle because the energy which was making you unbalanced and excited is now under control. Awakening of this chakra is the hallmark of calm, steady, and loss of mind because liberation from worldly emotions is the first stage of awakening. After this, all the steps are going to take you to your difference from physical.

If you are starting the awakening of the Muladhara Chakra, then make sure that the practice is not left in the middle because the imbalance is dangerous. It is important to keep practicing until the process of Chakra Jagran is brought into balance.
