What is high blood pressure(hypertension)?
High blood pressure is a fatal outcome of uncontrolled lifestyle. It is a medical condition in which blood pressure in the arteries becomes faster than normal. Blood pressure remains below 120/80 mmHg in normal conditions. When the blood pressure is between 120/80 mmHg to 139/89 mmHg, it is called pre-hypertension. At the same time, the problem of high blood pressure occurs when the blood pressure exceeds 140/90 mmHg.
